Access and purchase of services offered by this website is only allowed for persons above the legal age of 18 years.

Herein and pursuant to these conditions;

“Customer”, “Client”, “You” or “Buyer” refers to anyone who submits a request for our writing services and/or products.

“We, “Our”, or “Us” refers to Ultracontentwriters.com.

“Product” refers to manuscripts or content generated by Ultracontentwriters.com; the products may include website articles, blog articles, product reviews, E-books, white papers, or any other document required, paid for, and proffered in line with customer’s instructions.

2. Placing Orders

(a) You place your order with us by filling an online request form where you supply information necessary to execute your order. The company will in no way disclose your personal information to third parties. This is fully covered in our Privacy Policy. Before placing an order, the client has to create an account with us. The client can see the order details in their account’s dashboard, and they can also download completed orders from the dashboard. We keep in contact with clients via their email address, live chat, and any other address expressly specified, keeping the client up-to-date with the progress of their order and seeking clarifications when necessary.

(b) Once you fill the Order Form, we calculate your order amount based on the number of words, the due date, and other unique features such as inclusion of stock images. The count down to the deadline only starts after you have made the payment.

(c) If you want any unique sources/information to be included in your work (such as books that cannot be freely sourced online), you are required to avail such sources/material promptly after placing the order. Such materials should be sent via our email: info@ultracontentwriters.com.

(d) The completed work/product is uploaded the client’s account and also sent to the client as an attachment to the email provided in the order form while placing the order.

3. Plagiarism Policy

(a) Ultracontentwriters.com does not condone plagiarism or any other acts of deceit. We strictly obey all copyright laws. The content we write is free from plagiarism and is certified using Copyspace.

(b) The Ultracontentwriters.com shall not be liable for any unethical, illegal, or wrongful use of the products and/or other written material received from our company. 5. Refund Policy
